This Privacy Policy explains how Affiliate Growth Pro ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores and protects information when we use our internal tool, Affiliate Growth Pro (the "Tool"), and this website, affiliategrowthpro.shop.

The Tool is a private, internal application. It uses the Google Ads API only to manage the Google Ads accounts that we own and manage through our own Google Ads manager account (MCC). It is not offered to the public or to third parties.

1. Information we access

When an authorized member of our team signs in with Google and grants access through OAuth 2.0, the Tool may access the following through the Google Ads API:

• Basic Google account information needed for authentication (such as the email address of the authorized user).
• Google Ads account information: account IDs, account names, account status and settings.
• Campaign data: campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, budgets, bids, bidding strategies, final URLs and status.
• Performance and reporting data: impressions, clicks, cost, conversions and related metrics.
• Keyword Planner data: keyword ideas, search volume, competition and bid estimates.
• Policy and account health information: ad approval status, policy issues and account suspensions.

We do not use the Tool to collect personal data from people who see or click our ads.

2. How we use the information

We use this information only to:

• Create, manage and optimize campaigns in our own Google Ads accounts.
• Produce internal performance reports.
• Monitor our accounts for policy issues, disapprovals and suspensions and alert our team.
• Keep a log of changes made through the Tool.

We do not use Google user data for advertising to individuals, for profiling, or for any purpose unrelated to managing our own Google Ads accounts.

3. Google API Services User Data Policy

Affiliate Growth Pro's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We also follow the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions.

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell, rent, trade or share Google Ads data or Google user data with third parties. Data may only be disclosed if required by law, or to protect our rights and the security of our systems.

5. Storage and security

• OAuth tokens and API credentials are stored securely and are never published or shared.
• Access to the Tool is limited to authorized members of our team.
• Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
• We keep reporting data only as long as needed for internal analysis, and delete it when it is no longer needed.

6. Revoking access

Access granted to the Tool can be revoked at any time from the Google Account permissions page at myaccount.google.com/permissions. After access is revoked, the Tool can no longer read or change data in the Google Ads accounts.

7. Data deletion

To request deletion of data stored by the Tool, email us at contato@affiliategrowthpro.shop. We will process the request within 30 days.

8. Website visitors

This website does not require an account and does not use advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and access time) for security and operation.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) or the GDPR, including the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. To use these rights, contact us at the email below.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
